A regional youth leadership and career-exploration experience connecting young people to college, entrepreneurship, skilled trades, military service, workforce opportunities, and support for overcoming barriers.

The Growth Leadership Summit equips young people to lead with confidence, understand their worth, and picture a future filled with possibility. Through interactive learning, mentorship, mental-health support, and career exposure, GLS helps youth move from inspiration to an actionable plan.
This year's experience will include five pathways:
College & Career: Higher education, majors, professional careers, and preparation.
Entrepreneurship: Turning an idea, talent, or passion into a sustainable business.
Technical & Skilled Trades: Certifications, apprenticeships, technical colleges, and hands-on careers.
Military Service: Service branches, benefits, expectations, and long-term opportunities.
Overcoming Barriers: Judgment-free guidance for youth navigating justice involvement, early parenting, interrupted education, or other challenges.
