DESCRIPTION

The GLS Intern will have set standard hours and complete tasks independently under direction from a project management and/or GLS Directors. Interns must be able to keep open and honest communication, form working relationships, and motivate anyone who needs it. Interns will be responsible for the following task.

• Fulfilling tasks assigned by project management and/or GLS Directors

• Performing clerical duties

• Creating excel list and monitoring registrations for girls, parents, and vendors.

• Assisting with recruitment in their local area

• Assisting with picking up materials door prizes/Packing Bags

• Assisting with set up and break down day of event.
